1. Services

Black Pine Mobile Mechanic Services provide maintenance services as described on our website. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service at our discretion.

2. Appointments and Cancellations

  • Appointments must be scheduled in advance.

  • We require at least 1 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Cancellations made less than 1 hour before the appointment may incur a cancellation fee of $25.

3. Payments

  • Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

  • We accept cash, card, tap, Venmo and Zelle.

  • Late payments may be subject to late fees.

4. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with our service, please notify us within 24 hours. We will return at no additional cost. 

5. Access and Safety

Clients are responsible for providing safe and clear access to the property. If access is not available, we reserve the right to cancel the appointment and charge a cancellation fee.

6. Liability

  • Black Pine Mobile Mechanic Service is not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or items not secured properly.

  • We are not responsible for damage due to previous faulty installations, or maintenance.

7. Use of Website

By using our website, you agree not to misuse the content, attempt unauthorized access, or distribute harmful material. All content is the intellectual property of Black Mobile Mechanic Services and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services or website after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
