At Black Pine Cleaning Service, we stand behind the quality of our work and strive for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with any part of your cleaning service, please notify us within 24 hours of your appointment. We will return to re-clean the specific areas of concern at no additional cost.
Refunds are not automatically granted but may be considered on a case-by-case basis if we are unable to resolve the issue to your satisfaction after a re-clean. Refunds will only apply to the portion of the service that was unsatisfactory.
Please note that we cannot offer refunds for services reported beyond 24 hours after completion or for issues outside of our control (e.g., pre-existing conditions, unsafe environments, or client-provided cleaning products).
